Deleting sheet tab names

I have a spreadsheet with a list of sheets each sheet has a product name.

I want keep the population sheet product names that fall within my list and delete all other sheets which are not on my list.

Item number2 one of the sheet will have a column with the product names. i want it to delete all the rows where the product names are not on this list.
