Partition lost during cloning HDD with Acronis

I wanted to clone part of my HDD (Windows bootable partition) to a new SSD. I had to exclude my whole Data partition to fit in into new SSD. I thought that "to exclude" partition means that it won't be cloned to new disk but after I click to proceed clone operation I can see in My Computer that my Data partition is not accesible. Is it lost or is it possible to recover it?
