Virtual machine can be rued on only one system

I have created a virtual machine using Virtual Box. I installed windows xp and then some other softwares on it. But when I try to run .vdi file on another system, windows xp caot start up there. It just hang on the 30 seconds timer. When I try to make another virtual machines using .vdi file on the system I have created it, the same thing will happen.
