How to check the values are increasing or decreasing between different columns?

In the below table each row shows different behaviour. For eg: In the first row for the columns "pool1" the values are decresing and same behaviour for "pool2" and "pool3" columns.

In the second row the values first increase and then decresing (5.15761<27.6797>12.3756). Same for other pools too.

Some are increasing, some are decreasing, some increase and then decrease, some decrease and then increase.

I have many rows in my spreadsheet. How can I check that each behaviour in excel? And based on that I give color to each behaviour
