How to regain access to a drive on Windows 10?

I was playing around with drive permissions on a new Windows 10 PC when I noticed that all the folders could be shared over the network. By mistake I revoked the access for myself.

I tried to repeat what I did but not I'm not even allowed to configure the permissions.

A few references on the inteet suggest using icacls on command line. Doesn't seem to work.
