Hyper-V Virtual Machine Won't Start

I'm at a loss here. This VM was just fine until today.

My machine froze and I had to do a cold boot, and when Windows started back up, the VM won't start. It gives this error.

Since then, I have done more cold boots, but nothing has worked.

Any ideas?
