BSOD BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER while installing Windows

ERROR SCREENSHOT IS HERE I have formatted and installing Windows using DVD, My USB isn't working, computer just hags whenever anything attached to USB so there was no option to boot from USB.

In second phase of installation after system restart I am getting this error, Please please help!
