Windows 10 shows colourful fonts and contrast is bad

Just upgraded to windows 10 and the screen display setting across all applications has gone for toss. The font Color is light blue and quite a few title bar show every alphabet in different colors ...

How can I get this back to default setting.

It looks like I have changed some settings as it was displaying fine initially.
