What Java package from Oracle is this Microsoft link supposed to download? (from Visual Studio 2015 Community update 3 offline install)

Know what am I supposed to download that the following Microsoft link was supposed to give me? (ie link below gives error for me)

I need to download some things after doing a VS2015update3 offline install:

F:>vs_community.exe /NoWeb /CustomInstallPath "E:Program Files (x86)Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0" /overridefeeduri c:vs_urifeed.xml

To help others out, after you download from Microsoft an over 7GB iso and run the above command, it will install but when finishes it will give a window with a bunch of things it says it could not install because you didn't give them inteet access which they so "badly" want for some reason and punish you excruciatingly if you do serious work on a dev. PC without inteet access.

Also note it completely "ignored" CustomInstallPath and puts bunch of folders in C: drive, so if you have small fast SSD tough luck, they just throw stuff all over C:program files..in the end if you install all would be 35+GB :) )

Now that window with the list of things it did NOT install, well it seems its not text, you can't copy and paste it somewhere and you can't even do a screenshot because you have to scroll through it, so its a pain to copy the links over to another system with inteet and download them, guess they really really tried hard but couldn't think how to make it easier for us right?

I'm also looking where to download Tools for Universal Windows apps (1.4) and Windows 10 SDK Windows_VSTools.exe if anyone knows, and version 1.4, I did find older version 1.2 downloads seems at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=619614

If anyone wants that long LIST of LINKS that is spit out at the end of the VS2015U3 "OFFLINE installer iso" (things it didn't install because it wanted inteet) let me know.
