How do I color code a scatter plot in Excel?

I'm trying to create a scatter plot in Excel, where the data has multiple ways of being identified. For example, say there's a list of stores I want to analyze, and I want to attach the store number and the store grade (by color code).

I have no issues with figuring out how to get the store numbers to appear next to the data. However, I am having issues with getting the colors to attach to the store, based off of the store grade.

How do I get the below example of info to show up in a scatter plot?
