Virtualbox - "Error After Install" snapshot

I had trouble with disk space recently and I think it affected my guest machine on Virtualbox with booting up and all. I keep seeing this Error After Install tag on my guest machine so I've been wondering whether it would be wise for me to delete this snapshot. virtualbox error Any implications? Please advise me on how best to go about this. Thanks
