Is it possible to remote control a Windows Phone with broken touch screen?

I have a Windows Phone that with broken touch screen, and I absolutely need to recover the telephone book from it. I can only press power button and + and - volume buttons. Obviously I can connect it to a computer using a usb cable. Is there a software (on windows, or ubuntu, or mac) to access smartphone data from remote?
