Which Internal Hard drive shall I purchase? [on hold]

Which Hard-drive would be the best to Invest in for a Desktop Computer? I know of Seagate that has been in the market for ages, but until recently I heard that its failure rates has been on the rise. I have also heard of Weste Digital but nothing much about its performance. Im confused as to which one to buy. Well 1 Tb would be a good option for me so could anyone share some light on my Query ??
