Ubuntu on Windows: Partitions USB Key, removable/fixed drive

Do you think the new feature of Windows 10 called Ubuntu on Windows could solve the problem of the impossibility to access to partitions if there are more than one ? And the removable/fixed drive problem for USB Key ?
