Windows Explorer Slow on LAN in Windows 10

I've recently upgraded from Win7 to Win10 and have noticed something very peculiar. I have a Windows 2012 R2 Server working as Domain Controller/DHCP/DNS/File Sharing Server and noticed that browsing through my network drives is considerably slower than it was under Win7. Windows Explorer sometimes takes a few seconds to retrieve the file list and when it doesn't it simply displays the list as is and sorts it according to my preferences afterwards.

However, network speed is still as good as it ever was. For example, I can play a 1080p movie stored on the server without trouble and can copy a file from/to the server at full speed (100 Mbps) without seeing any loss of speed or anything. This makes me believe that the problem comes from Windows Explorer itself but I can't find why.
