Recovering exfat from ubuntu and windows

I have an exfat exteal 500gb drive I use with ubuntu and windows 10. Ubuntu froze up, so I had to force quit and of course my drives all become unusable. Neither windows nor ubuntu was able to mount the drives. After finding a fair number of posts discussing testdisk, I started to scan.

However, I am confused about what is being listed. I have MS "DATA" and "Linux Swap", but I am sure there is only one primary partition, how would I know which is the one I should be conceed with?
