Laptop crashed at lockscreen "waiting"

I had the computer opened and everything worked fine. Then i tued off the computer, it closed but the power button was keeping open. After about 1 minute I pressed constantly the power button so that I close it completely. I opened it, entered the password, pressed enter but then it stuck on the "waiting". After 10 minutes of waiting, I shut down the computer by pressing constantly the power button. I re-opened the computer and a "troubleshoot" menu appeared... Please help me fix this issue, as I am in need of the files.
