How to create sub IP adresses in the same PC.(Subnetting?)

Question may be a broad one but expecting some quick help(already written program)

My PC IP address is 192.168.1.1

My phones,tablets, IP addresses are

192.168.1.101

192.168.1.102

192.168.1.103

I want to create Sub IP addresses manually in my PC itself just like my gadgets for each of my chrome user. For eg

Chrome User 1 : 192.168.1.104

Chrome User 2 : 192.168.1.105

Chrome User 3 : 192.168.1.106

where should I begin to acheive this ?
