Data recovery log

Can I get a recovery attempts that has happened on my hard-disk, as I left my hard disk to my company IT technician (my hard disk was already formatted), but after realizing that it was recoverable through your software or another similar ones, I need to get a comfort or a confirmation that this guy has recovered the data from my hard disk when it was with him or not?

Can your software help my out with this?
