vboxdrv cannot be auto recompiled after keel update

I use the oracle VM virtualbox apt source. Recently I always get error after keel updates:

The VirtualBox Linux keel driver (vboxdrv) is either not loaded or there is a permission problem with /dev/vboxdrv. Please reinstall the keel module by executing

'/etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup'

as root. If it is available in your distribution, you should install the DKMS package first. This package keeps track of Linux keel changes and recompiles the vboxdrv keel module if necessary.

However, I do have the dkms package. I cannot install the virtualbox-dkms because it conflict with the virtualbox-4.3.

Is there any way to solve this problem?
