Stuck in safe mode and can't see msconfig to get out

I am using windows 10. For some reasons, I couldn't delete files on my desktop with error invalid MS-DOS, I decided to boot into safe mode using msconfig. I was able to get into safe mode and I can delete the desktop file in that mode. The problem is, I can't get out of safe mode. When I typed anything on the search bar including cmd and msconfig, there is a blank.

I also tried window button then settings, and clicking update & security does nothing.
