How to host a server behind another server

I would like to host a game server "behind" another server to hide the originals ip.

Server A -> Server B -> Client

Client -> Server B -> Server A

Im not sure if its possible to forward ports on a vpn and how fast that would be, or if ssh tueling would be a better alteative. What would be the fastest and safest way to do this. Thank you.
