Should i sacrifise some RAM for VRAM

What do you think is better for gaming a laptop with 32GB DDR4 Ram and GTX 960M with 2GB of VRAM or a laptop with 16GB DD4 RAM and GTX 960M with 4GB of VRAM, all other specs of the 2 laptops are the same.
