USB stick is not formatted

I have a USB stick with some data on, and my XP computers can read and write to it just fine, As soon as I plug it into a windows 7 PC my computers are saying that the disk is not formatted. GIVE ME MY DATA BACK AND SHOVE WINDOWS 7 UP YOUR PUSSY. hell maybe I should downvote any questions that refer to an OS that I don't like, cause that's all youre good for, oh and reccomending shitty operating systems!.
