Is there a conversion chart for Quick Styles from Word 2016 to Word 2010?

This doesn't seem to be an issue at all. There is a fix though if you need them that badly.

See this link on how to add a quick style from a selection in the document, and how to remove quick styles from the gallery.

Simply make a new document at your class. Use all the quick styles (there are hardly twenty of them in Office 2010 I think).

Bring that document home, remove all the default quick styles in Office 2016 gallery and add the styles from your document you created. Make sure to write down the names of the quick styles in the document.
