Pointing a domain name to a Static IP

I'm trying to point a domain name to my server IP (dedicated hosting). I have my domain name registered at CloudFare. How do I set this?

Here's what I want. I have setup a nextcloud installation on Ubuntu 16.04. Now I have visit the domain which is nextcloud.myip.com. I have it pointed to my static serve IP address using an A record. Am I doing this right?
