why the localhost page isn’t working in lampp (ubuntu)

I am trying to run my cakephp project in lampp my lampp already ruing phpmyadmin also working good another project also working but when i search http://localhost/mobishop/ then it working good. If i want to try go my panel with http://localhost/mobishop/mobiadmin then it is not working showing this message The localhost page isn’t working i don't know actually what happen ...
