How to make Outlook reply below

The standard in Inteet is to reply below the replied-to e-mail, except for Outlook and its weird behaviour of replying above. I've tried hard searching this site (and Inteet at large) and I havn't found the answer.

How can I make Outlook put my answer and my signature below the e-mail I'm replying to?
