Block gps/geolocation Pokemon go

I've notice Pokemon everywhere with the new Pokemon app. I'm not as interested in catching them all but I'm conce about physical privacy (private property, at private events,etc etc)

How can I block Pokemon go in areas I own from being invaded by people trying to "catch them all "? Gps jammers are illegal and there is no api call to put location on block list.

Any ideas?
