Rinetd configuration does not want to change?

I made a successfull port forwarding with the following:

Machine A: iptables -P OUTPUT DROP
           iptables -A OUTPUT -p tcp --dport 53 -j ACCEPT

           In /etc/rinetd.conf I changed for:

               #bindaddress    bindport  connectadd    connectport
                Ip_Machine_B   53        178.33.250.62 80

Machine B: iptables defaults settings...

So by typing 178.33.250.62:53 in Machine A browser I get the proper page displayed (with this content: "It works!").

But after deleting the latter configuration from rinetd.conf and restarting rinedt service, I CAN STILL CONNECT on 178.33.250.62:53 from the browser of Machine A.

I also deleted cache from the browser but still the same problem. Any idea ?
