Raspbian logins fails because of permissions

I don't know how, but the permissions for my user-home directory are issued, so I'm unable to login. Login works with the correct data, after that the screen is becoming black and I'm some moments later back at the startup-login screen.

I already ran the commands from this question using SSH, but it didn't helped.

How to restore the default permissions?
