Transfering iPhone Health data to Android (Samsung) S Health app

I have different health tracking data in my iphone:

• Sleep tracking (with Jawbone)
• Steps (Jawbone)
• Distance (Jawbone)
• Climbing Distance (Jawbone)
• Weight (Jawbone)
• Heart rate (Jawbone)

Previously on iphone I was using JawboneSync app for transfering all the data from UP app to Apple Health suite (without JawboneSync app I can only sync steps and sleep data).

I'm trying to migrate from iOS to Android and now wondering if there are any ways to transfer my existing Apple Health data into my new Android device - let's say into S Health.

What kind of options do I have? Any ideas are appreciated!
