8 GB micro sd-card pretends to be an 16 GB card

Hi guys

so i managed to dd a 16 GB micro sd-card on a 8 GB micro sd-card and now the 8 GB card has 12 partitions, the last one with the size of 11.5 GB.

this is the partition table:

I've tried many times to repair the card using gdisk and format the card but there's no change at all.

I hope you guys can help me out.

btw I'm using OS X El Capitan if that matters.
