Allow only specific device on specific USB

I am installing small webcam as CCTV outside of my house. It connects with USB, however the cable is not long enough. If I would buy extension cable then it will have USB female outside of my house, which will connect webcam to my computer.

Thing that started to make me wondering is that someone could potentially disconnect webcam from USB extension and connect something else like keyboard or device configurated for BadUSB attack.

The best idea that I came up with is to allow only camera to be installed through this port on computer.

Is there way to allow only my webcam to be installed through this specific USB port?

I am using Windows 10 Home, if this helps
