WiFi AP for 40 users with video streaming

We are setting up a class room where 40 students can have access to a media library via Android tabs with WiFi access. My questions is how much users can a wifi ap handle? and if every student accessed the same video at the same time what problems would occur? what kind of a server and storage i have to use for this. i have to give a basic idea to my superiors so if anyone can help please do. thanks
