Port forwarding works only on one game

I don't know why but I can run Garry's mod server BUT CANT sven coop, the ship, CSS, tf2, half life deathmatch source or any other. I have 27015 port opened (finally! it wasn't that easy to port forward on my device cuz I have a router that I think has a modem inside of it AND is use my sim card to get a network. solution was to enable UPnP) ((asus 4g-n12)) anyway isn't that weird? AND when I make a gmod server I can't see it on the lan page or on my history or on the first page (whatever that is) BUT my friends can join me by clicking me on steam! isn't that really really REALLY WEIRD? btw these games all i have the same port 27015
