Remove or change Logo in EXE file

I want to remove or change Startup logo from one exe file. i tried Resource Tuner, Resource Hacker, ResEdit and PE Explorer, but no answer! I can't find this logo in any file of this application you can download this app by this link (its virus free): Download This Application or Download from Dropbox
