Have multiple "MyDocuments,Downloads" Search misses Files and Directories, Green Bar very Slow, SSD running out of space

Think all these are related, they happened after I had a PC shop install a 120G Samsung SSD. And I do seem to have "Magician" install in that process as get message sometimes with that name in it on PC.

Problems from the getgo were "Search" misses items and directories that are indeed on the PC (works mostly just misses some) and the green bar (see image) would sometimes take a minute of longer to go across the the top of the window just opening a directory of even a drive and even the SSD too.

This also has happened after the directory was open and I opened say a 300 meg video?? The green bar would paint slowly and have to wait till video started playing. Not what was expecting with SSD. Green bar problem often worse in the first 5 minutes of operation

Have taken it back twice and sometimes the problem goes away for months, then comes back. One thing that helped was they set directories for "Videos" on settings, and changing that to general items sped things up. But bottom line is that even though windows boot is very fast with SSD, opening directories and sometimes large video files is often slower than original hard drive.

Setup: ASUS i7, Win 7, 16 G ram, 2 T hard drive split C: and D:, then added a SSD as C:, so now 3 Drive letters. as C moved to D, D to E. I have picture of that and the multiple "My Documents", Users, etc.ScreenShot Of These issues

Desire is just to have Programs and Windows on C: SSD and sometimes when I tell it to to put video files there to for rendering in video editor (Power Director). Also to have just one "My Documents". Downloads" etc., and have it not be on C: SSD (on bigger hard drive), to not have "Users" if possible, or just one User. As you can see there are 3 Users and multiple "My Documents".

OK next I want to install SSD (replace the 120 G SSD with a new 500G Samsung 850 EVO SSD which I have). And probably use the free upgrade to Windows 10.

Questions: 1. Anyone have this issue of "Search" missing things that are there? 2. Anyone have issue of "green bar" slowly creeping across window header and related slowness? Especially after SSD install? 3. Can I have one or no Users, which should eliminate multiple "My Documents" Note the contents are not the same, most files are in one on D: where want them. 4. Recommended order, in regard to switching to Win 10 and switching to bigger SSD, which is wiser order?

On the questions above, am looking for solutions to all, but interested just if anyone else has the same problem too.
