How some pop-up ads able to detect your device name?

When I was surfing on inteet I was come across a pop-up ad which was displaying "Your device NOKIA X is infected with virus. Install our free antivirus to secure your phone." I understood that the pop-up ad was advertising their app but I didn't get it how it knows my device name.
