Set bootable flag on USB from Windows

I wanted to install windows 7 on my laptop, so I used Microsoft 's tool to bu the iso but it seems it couldnt set the bootable flag for some reason. I can't retry the process atm, but I have the usb with the flashed ISO. All I need is how to set the bootable flag from a Windows system on the USB. I have no Linux atm. Thanks
