Pendrive not detected anywhere but Devices & Printers

I have a HP v229g 32 GB flash drive. A few months ago I gave it to a friend to install a software on his computer and after he retued it to me,it stopped showing up in anywhere. The only place it is still being detected is Windows' Devices and Printers where it shows up as an "Unspecified" device. It does not show up in Disk Management though.
