Search a range of cells for a text value

how do I search a range of cells(A1:A10) for the cell that start with "BM1" then copy that cell to another cell(C3)

BM1 10:30-15:30
WB3 10:30-15:30
BM1 10:30-15:30 L3 10:00-14:00

If possible I would like to copy only the time part of the cell into cell C3 "10:30-15:30"
