How to Compare Files in HDDs

I made backup of my exteal HDD (I call it HDD1) on another HDD (I call it HDD2). The two HDD are the same physically, same model. My problem is that the HDD2 has less of the HDD1 file. Something was not copied. Through which command you can find a list of files difference? Sorry fot english but I'm Italian. Thanks
