Transfering Unfinished IDM files from one computer to another

I just formatted my laptop which contains heavy uncompletted IDM download files, but before I did, I saved all files in C:UsersUseameAppDataRoamingIDM , now how can I resume these downloads on the newly formatted windows 10 laptop? Thanks.
