Windows 10: too much data on system disk

I have windows 10 (updated from windows 8.1). Yesterday I found out that there is no enough space on system disk. I deleted all restore points and unused files using windows utils. It didn't help. Then I tued on setting to show all hidden files and folders to check entire size of all folders on disk C.

Could anyone give me advise how to fix it?
