Application windows Randomly switching between 2 screens - Windows

So i have a weird issue with dual screens. When i have outlook open and then another window with my calendar. The position will randomly switch between the 2 monitors. This does not appear to be set to a hot key or anything as i dont see it happen. It will just be on a different monitor when i maximize it from the task bar. Thing to note is that this occurred with windows 8 and 10 as well.
