Multilevel numbering and text direction Microsoft Word 2010

I want to write a text in Persian language and as you know Persian is written in right-to-left manner. So far there is no problem and I can use the text direction. But when I want to use multilevel numbering, in above level two, the text direction is wrong. For example, writing level 2 in chapter 4 gives you .۴.۲, instead of .۲.۴ (The character ۲ is 2 and ۴ is 4 in Persian) I tried text direction but it doesn't change.
