I need to pass a value to MS Word MergeFiled?

I need to pass the Revision Number to a Mergefiled in MS Word.

TableStart:ClaimScoping{RevisionNumber='1'}

There might be up to 7 revisions on every Claim Scope. I need to print revisions separately.

is there any way I can pass the RevisionNumber value as a variable to MS Word and create Claim Scope table for each revision separately?
