Windows keys don't work(even virtual keyboard)

I have a windows10 tablet. My keys wont work(virtual keyboard). They sometimes work after multiple restarts for a few mins, but then stop working. Weird keys like ö work though(if i longpress the o, ö options comes up, which works), but not the important alphabets and digits.

Please help!
