Global Proxy for a Network Adapter on Windows

I'm trying to share my Inteet Coection with another system over Windows ICS. My system coects to the Inteet via WiFi and shares it over to another system over LAN. This works perfectly without any issues. (Yes, I know, it's not a usual situation)

But, I need to add proxy settings in the middle to that I can see all the traffic as well as block some of it before it gets to the ICS client.

Say, I coect to the Inteet using Wireless Adapter 1, and then I use Windows Inteet Coection Sharing to serve inteet over Local Area Coection 1. I need to add a proxy only to traffic that goes through the Local Area Coection 1, that is only the data used by the ICS client.
